Host rack section:

B. The sheet metal of the main and auxiliary machine covers is formed by hot plate bending, and the surface is pickled and vulcanized before powder coating and hot baking. The surface coating never falls off and is not easy to hang flowers, making the machine beautiful and elegant;
C. The host adopts a 60 type worm gear reducer for internal transmission, with a motor configuration of 380V/550W. The equipment runs precisely and accurately, and the membrane frame rises and falls smoothly without shaking;
D. The vacuum forming part of the adhesive film is composed of one 2200W high-pressure fan motor, with a maximum flow rate of 280 (m3/h) and a maximum suction force of:- 260 (m/Bar), short vacuum time (3-5 seconds/time), fast vacuum forming speed, and strong adhesion;
E. The adhesive film hot cutting knife is a temperature controlled type, and the cutting blade is made of brass grinding. It is heated by a 200W heating plate and is durable;

C. The XATT-5580B model has a total of 30 heating tubes with an instantaneous power of approximately 27KW. Arrange in a special order to ensure fast heating and even heating of the entire film. Packaging speed: 1-2 times/minute, with a power consumption of about 50% of that of a normally heated model, energy-saving and reducing consumption;
D. Install heat dissipation mechanisms on the inner and outer heat boxes to prevent waste heat from accumulating and affecting the packaging effect;
Pushing material manipulator part:
A. The working tray is smoothly transported to the material pushing station by the power feeding drum line. The driving motor power is 380V/120W, and the conveying speed is controlled by a frequency converter. The conveying control is fast first and then slow, ensuring that the product is stable and does not shift;

The pushing manipulator device is equipped with a 60 type reducer combined with a four part chain mechanical transmission, controlled by a travel switch, ensuring smooth conveying and accurate positioning. The speed is adjustable in three stages through frequency conversion, and the motor power is 550W;
Pulling out material mechanical arm:
